Projects & workspaces
Organize documents and tasks under the right project and audience.
WHEN IT HELPS
Put it to work.
Keep a customer project, an internal handbook and a personal experiment from becoming one confusing pile of context.
Before you begin
- A signed-in account.
- Workspace membership and permission to create or manage the selected resource.
WALK THROUGH IT
See the workflow, step by step.
Synthetic sample content, with simplified screens. No model call, upload, account change or paid task runs here.
Open Projects and select the workspace in the header. Create a shared workspace if your team needs a separate place to work.
Enter a project name under Projects in this workspace. Web projects organize documents; local repository projects are opened through Worker.
In Knowledge or Meetings, choose the project when importing a source. Manage team restrictions in Organization.

THE USEFUL RESULT
What you should leave with.
A named place for selected sources, with workspace and project access boundaries.
Know the boundaries.
- Creating a web project does not clone or upload a repository.
- Selecting another workspace changes which resources you can access; it does not copy them.
IF SOMETHING DOESN’T WORK
A project is not visible.
Check the selected workspace and team membership. Ask an owner/admin to review project access rather than recreating the project.
