Gonu AI is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides real-time coaching, practice sessions, transcription-based feedback, and performance analytics. Our service uses artificial intelligence to simulate interview scenarios, analyze your responses, and offer actionable guidance to help you improve your interview performance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@gonuai.com.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with Gonu AI are the intellectual property of Gonu AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform or its content without prior written permission.

The Gonu AI name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Gonu AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through Gonu AI, including your interview responses, notes, and session data. By using our service, you grant Gonu AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data or content. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to use Gonu AI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from our platform.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to cheat in actual employment processes in a manner that violates the employer's policies.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Gonu AI uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, suggestions, and coaching content. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or suitable for all situations.

AI responses do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or any other form of regulated professional guidance. You should use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated suggestions. Gonu AI does not guarantee any specific career outcomes or interview success.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gonu AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gonu AI, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
