Audio Transcription

Device & Usage Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and interactions with our interface. This helps us maintain service reliability and improve user experience.

Google Account Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Google account, we may access the following data with your explicit consent:

Google Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture — used for account creation and display within the app.
Google Calendar (read-only): Upcoming calendar events — used solely to display your upcoming interview schedules on your dashboard. We do not modify, create, or delete any calendar events.
Gmail (read-only): Email subjects and sender names for interview-related emails — used solely to highlight relevant interview communications on your dashboard. We do not read full email bodies, send emails, or modify any emails on your behalf.

Google data is only accessed when you explicitly connect your Google account through the OAuth consent flow. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access to your Google data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Gonu AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

We only request access to Google data that is necessary for the features described above.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the functionality of Gonu AI.
