Tasks, history & exports

Find the request, selected evidence, output and actual status of a web workspace task.

WHEN IT HELPS

Put it to work.

Review a previous draft, export its references or understand why a task did not finish.

Before you begin

  • At least one selected-source task in the current workspace.
  • Access to the workspace and any restricted project involved.

WALK THROUGH IT

See the workflow, step by step.

Interactive example

Synthetic sample content, with simplified screens. No model call, upload, account change or paid task runs here.

  1. Open Tasks & history and search the request. Check the workspace selector if the list is empty.

  2. Inspect the task status, model, source list, output and any error. Treat partial success as a draft that needs further work.

  3. Use Export Markdown with source references for an available output. For a failed/partial task, choose Review setup and try a new task. Cancel queued/running work if needed.

THE USEFUL RESULT

What you should leave with.

A traceable draft with its sources and an explicit recovery path.

Know the boundaries.

  • Canceling may not stop an already accepted provider request or refund its usage.
  • Engineering executions have a separate evidence view; they are not the same as selected-source document tasks.

IF SOMETHING DOESN’T WORK

The task is interrupted or failed.

Read the error and check model/usage access. Inspect any saved output before starting a new request; do not assume the earlier work completed.
